Obama wants to create jobs?

hi oneidmnster...yes no kidding. why doesn't he take care of legal americans first? and legal immigrants? why pardon lawbreakers? help americans first.

It would be physically and financially impossible to deport approximately 12 million people. I do agree with you about them taking jobs away from Americans and that employers who hire them should be severely punished. My son works in the construction field and has been displaced by cheap, Home Depot day laborers who work cheap for cash and no benefits. If they can't work or receive state aide they'll go home on their own. Since our economy started it's downhill slide many have done just that.

The illegal immigrants have been out of control in the United States forever and a day. I am thinking that by Obama making them legal what it would do is help the national security of the United States being able to keep tabs on where they are. No matter what, we have not been able to control it all. Everyone complains about illegals having the jobs well look at it this way if the American didn't hire them illegally we wouldn't be complaining. Fine companies out of the wazzoo for hiring illegal people. What I will say is that every person in the United States should be able to understand English and this doesn't matter what country they come from. A little story for you. My husband was at the bank and a non english speaking man was giving the teller a hard time because he did not understand she could not cash his check without proper ID or an account. Is it the tellers job to learn several languages to accomidate different cultures or should it be up to individuals to learn one language and in the United States that language is "English"

Apparently Obama wants to create jobs, just not for Americans. lol Politicians are always screwing us over for the most part.It reminds me of the corrupt roman senate in the days of Rome.Some things never change apparently. Given the opportunity a lot of employers especially industrial hire illegals because they can give them dirt cheap wages and overwork them because theres nothing they can do in retaliation really.It does take a lot of jobs away from americans because who wants to pay more if they can avoid doing so. Illegals taking jobs kills the economy because a lot of the money isnt spent here its being spent back home out of country.This kills both the local and national economy.In my area they constantly wage wars against illegal immigrants and often deport them and jail the employers who hire them.This still doesnt stop people from hiring them however.

The main question that comes to my mind is -- do you have any idea how much time and money it would take to seek out all illegal immigrants and deport them? And how much it's going to cost the housing market (most all illegals are renting - it's going to put a lot of landlords in a tough spot and cause them to sell)? Not to mention how much it's going to cost the entire private sector as a whole by losing these consumers? And the loss of sales tax the government will receive as a result? How exactly is this going to help the economy??

All citizens in a country must work for betterment of self & own country. It is duty of govt. to see that all available sum total of country's salary is distributed among all unemployed persons. That means salary structure should be such that total money available for salary purpose is used among all persons in need of salary. This way all unemployed will get job.

It has nothing to do with jobs. It's all about votes and poor people (and illegal immigrants come into that category)usually vote for democrats because democrats promise to take from the rich to give to the poor.
