Any recommendations of a facial moisturizer for someone with acne problems?

I have dry/oily combo skin. Have been battling acne ever since I reached puberty (am now in my 30's). Currently I am simply using Witch Hazel twice a day or more and it works. Problem is my skin dries out really bad in the winter, and I also want to protect my aging skin from the sun. So - I need to find a facial moisturizer that won't make me break out.
To date, every moisturizer I've tried (Avon, Mary Kay, generic Oil of Olay) all seem to offset my acne treatment and make me break out in pimples.
Does anyone know of a facial moisturizer with 15 SPF that doesn't make you break out?
Would also like to find a good inexpensive cream/gel for crow's feet.

I've always like Neutrogena products. I used to use the facial bar soap as a teen. But they tend to be a bit pricy. Might try the anti-aging creme though. I'm only 30 something and I can see the crows feet pretty clear already.

I really like Biore Pore Minimizing moisturizer. It has SPF 15 and is non-comedogenic so it won't clog your pores. I have used it for a long time and it didn't seem to break me out. I have very finicky skin and went through quite the trial finding a lotion that worked for me. Another one I have had really good luck with is Dove Sensitive Skin day lotion. It doesn't have SPF though. It's a good one for night time after your acne treatment or for the winter if you aren't out in the sun. Good luck, I know it's a pain to find products that work!

Thanks for the suggestion, I've always been curious about Biore products but never got the gumption to buy any.
I'll have to see if they have the moisturizer around here. Biore seemed to be one of the more expensive brands but in my aging condition (lol) I might break down and fork out the money.
