how do you feel when....

I don't like it. Especially if I'm on myLot and responding to discussions. I don't like it when people are reading stuff that I wrote that aren't finished yet - it makes me feel stupid in some way and very much pressured. Thanks for the response on my discussion!

I also do not like it when somebody stands behind me while I am doing something be it at work or anywhere...It gives me a creepy feeling. I also wonder what they are looking at, my work, down my shirt or what!!...I think its only courteous to stand beside if you must and not behind someone. Take the other persons feelings into consideration please!

It really bothers me and makes me feel stressful if something is standing behind me or something when I am using the computer. I would actually stop all my activities and see what he or she wants. *laughs*

I can't stand that! Especially when I'm here on myLot! My husband has what I call "observational mode". It's when I'm doing something like trying to put something away and he's sort of hovering around watching me. Either help, or go away! It's kind of like that, when I'm on the computer. Hovering..........

It bothers me a lot since I used to watch movie over the internet... hahaha!! good thing my boss is not like that.. He never cares what I am doing as long as I am doing my job...

I wonder if this is the reason that someone decided that throwing salt over your shoulder brings good luck, the good luck being the guy standing behind you gets it in the face.

I get irrtiated, if someone is looking over my shoulders, I don't like people reading over my shoulders. I feel whatever I am writing is for the person I am writing for and all my friends here. I tend to share lot of details so naturally I get bothered if someone is peeking at what I am writing. One exceptionis my nine year old who loves to do spell check when I am writing and I also enjoy his remarks made innocently.

It bothers me. I like to have a job handed to me and let me run with it. I can complete a task much faster when I am not being watched. Makes me nervous at the thought of the boss standing behind me watching my every movement. I really don't recall this happening on a regular basis while working in an office.

If it is anyone else but my boss for me is ok. But I hate to have my work watched. Right now at least I have a boss that is so busy all the time and keeps running, he doesn´t have the time to be doing things like that. When he is here at the office seems a rainstorm came... hehehe. Then he goes away and I stay alone most part of the day, everything is calm again.

I dont like that ether it makes me feel uncomfortable, I sometimes close my web browser if I since someone is behind me and if I happen to be at a public computer because people can be sneaky sometimes, and might be trying to steal some info. but weather I'm on my home computer or at a public computer I never like it when someone is standing behind me peering over my shoulder I dont like that at all.

I hate it when someone does this to me. It is always my boss who is not a pleasant person at all. He's coming down tomorrow for a few days and he will stand behind me and this gets me totally fragmented and I make mistakes and then he yells and shouts. I have vowed to stand up to him though tomorrow and I am going to be calm and dignified and not look scared. This is the only place that it happens to me - I mean at work. Sometimes when I'm on the computer my dad might come in my room to see what I'm doing and he sits on my bed while I'm on my computer typing. I hate that. I have to x out of my aims with my friends and pretend to be doing something else. It really annoys me. I don't like anyone reading my conversations not even my parents.

I don't like it neither, its rude on the other persons part.

It does bother me a lot. It doesn't matter what I am doing really but if someone is standing over me watching my every move it makes me annoyed. It is strange to have someone over your shoulder in that way.

I hate that. That really bothers me and gets on my last nerve. It makes me nervous also while I am trying to work online.

Hi Tnwoman! I really don't like it when somebody is standing behind my back while I am logged onto the computer or whatever I am doing. I feel so uncomfortable and annoyed. It seems that he/she is counting all my hair strands! i usually stop whatever I am doing and will tell her/him I am getting conscious and uncomfortable with him/her standing behind me. take care and have a great day! lovelots..faith

I simply can not work when some one is watching me. It makes me real uncomfortable when someone is watching me how to work. It makes me very counscious when someone is watching me work. Even during my exams when someone is watching I can not write my paper.

i really feel bad if someone stands behind me when i am logged on to the computer. nobody likes being watched. sometimes my hubby just come over to have a look at what iam browsing. And he'll comment on the website and say if the matter is really useful or not. it really helps me if he has something useful to say. But i say to him if he comes over to look what all iam writing in my mail. being watched over is something really bad.
