I hate when people use their cell phones in public for casual conversations, we all know for some reason or another we tend to talk louder when we are on the cell phones. I was in line today and there was a young man behind me talking and cursing on his cell phone saying how he was gonna cell some drugs to make some quick cash. What is even worse is the two way phones where you hear both peoples conversations. The building I was in had signs all over it stated to shut off the cell phones but yet everyother person was talking on them. This is just plain ignorant. UI am standing in the room with 50 people which normally would be quiet talking amungst themselves but instead it sounded like a hen house out of control and when people were called in to do their applications the interviewer had to scream to get that persons attention. What do you think about this?

You think it sucks to be the person in line in front of that person? Try being the person who has to wait on them. People are so rude. I have worked a couple different jobs but they all were waiting on people and working with the public. They don't get the hint when you don't wait on them, they just get angry and yell about you into their phone.

I have been in that scenerio as well. You are caught between a hard place and a rock at that point. The are rude and ignorant it drives me crazy. If you are not the supervisor or owner I would suggest you get yours, you are not there to be abused and your supervisor should do something about it. Good luck

It really does drive me crazy when people can't shut their phones off long enough to respect signs and such. Last time I was at the hospital, I saw people casually "sneaking" looks at their phones, checking for messages. The security guard actually had to walk continually through the waiting room, telling people to turn off their phones or go outside. People don't want to go out in the winter for a phone call so they try to stand in the entrance between the two sets of doors. Then the security guy has to go out THERE and tell them to go fully outside! There are even lines and indicators outside that tell you how far you have to be from the entrance to use a cell phone or to smoke. People simply don't care, I think. They have their life and they're busy and damn the torpedoes. Unless someone pointedly tells them they cannot have their phone, they will ignore all signage.

I think those kind of people beleive they are very important or afraid of missing out. These people are addicted to there cell phones. For them, if they miss a call, it is the end of the world. Sad really. Take care, happy mylotting.

sometime you have to accept this and try to disregard the scream from the callers, they may have something important to talk about.but if they could call each other later,I think the best way to do is call him back later when he is not at the public places and other people will not be bothered.
