Help! I'm freezing my buns!

...and not just because it's 14 degrees below zero outside! I need some advice on freezing bread dough. I want to make my own frozen bread dough instead of buying it. I have a recipe for sour-cream dinner rolls. I want to make a few batches ahead so I can have them ready when I want them. Do I mix them and shape them and freeze them at that point or should I let them rise 1 time before freezing.
Thanks for your help

hi phaedrah!
oh i thought you meant differently! lol anyway, i am not familiar with freezing bread dough. although we do freeze bread and just toast them when needed. i have no idea about the rising part.
although what i know is, bread needs to rise in a warmer temperature, so i guess you should let it rise before freezing.
that is just my opinion, and not an expert one. lol
take care and God bless you! hope everything goes well with your bread making. :-)
happy mylotting!
