Weight Lifting!

Hey this one is actually not a vs I just wanted to know what you could all bench press and at what age I know at the age of 13 i was benching 200 and deadlifting 350 idk if thats that good its been a while since then so i dont know what i do now so i just wanna know what you guys bench or if u dont bench just post its all in good fun! =D

wow, 200 on bench at 13 is crazy....i just got into lifting about 11 months ago. i was 18 when i got into it, a pretty small guy, only 135 pounds and could only bench like 140. Now i bulked it up to 170 and can press 275, im 19 now.

When I was 16 I could bench 255. I really kind of dropped off after that. Started doin other things, and never maxed out to get a high number. So as far as I know, that's my best ha I could squat 325 too. Never did deadlift. Guess our football coach didn't like it.

hi aka....good for you then..its a good exercise i guess ..weigh lifting..not really sure of what the exact age that anyone can weight lift..i guess through the guidance of the instructor( i mean the proper age)...i did weight lift long time ago ..way back in the 90's..but i stop since im too busy and cant cope up with it..
