Spells and Witchcraft

Has anyone played or dabbled in the Occult? Has spells worked for you if you tried them?

I neither "play" or "dabble" I am a Witch and have been practicing the Craft for 15 years yes I have done many spells and yes they do work

I have been practicing, and learning. I know the moon is going to be VOC this weekend, and I read one is not supposed to practice spells at this time. Mercury is retrograde till Feb 2. Do you still do spells during a Mercury retrograde? Do you figure timeing in with your spells?
