Moat of people use spacs during reading or writing. The do that because they have a weak eye sight. So they use spacs. But i think if we take care of our eyes then no need to use spacs. We use some tips to take care of our eyes. Like wash your eyes many time in a day with cold water. But it is must that water should be clean and pure. It keeps us our eyes healthy and beautiful. Try to avoid eye cosmetics. And use home made products. If we use home made products then we keep healthy our eyes. We can use a lot of carrot and carrot juice also to do this.
