how loyal u r?....to ur boss?....

what you normally prefer from boss that keeps you dedicated to your job and loyal to your boss?....is it the monetary claims that makes you satisfied with the role your are currently performing.....and what else you go in search for?......are you ready in tackling up the challenges that might have to be encountered?....if u ask me i seek recognition rather than anything else to stick to my job......

I am loyal to my organization and my role & my responsibility . the the person who is immediate Boss on my work . If some time Boss is wrong then I suggest him . I don't follow the pattern " BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT ". I follow my heart & mind more then order. I justify it first before action.

hi twinklee! well, while i am working for my boss, i am a very loyal servant...lol...er...i mean employee. i would go out of my way to even do special or personal errands for my boss, as long as these are not se*xual in nature. i think we owe it to our bosses. but if they are abusive, i would most likely leave my job immediately. i don;t really seek recognition. i just love being of service and i find great satisfaction in serving. so even if i am recognized or not, it is fine with me. but of course, i don;t mind receiving a fat bonus either. lol take care and God bless you! happy mylotting! :-)
