does DeepFreeze protect your system?

hello I've been using deep freeze for a couple of days now... how does deep freeze protect my system???anyone who uses it pls. can you explain it to me what are the strength and weaknesses of deep freeze software?? does it work even without anti-virus software...?

hello zaphan. my system has deep freeze installed in it. one good thing abotu deep freeze is that it will not detect any kind of virus. once a virus enters your system you just need to restart it and it will be back to noraml. but the bad thing about deep freeze is that, once it has been installed you cannot install any ohter software. i find this very irritating. i badly need to install flashplayer and i can't do it. so i called up the concerned person today in the morning and i asked him to uninstall deep freeze and instead install an anti virus.

That is sad sir abcnadz, you don't know how to thawed or to turn off your deepfreez. You should ask to who ever installed it on how to turn it off and to turn it on again if needed. You can install software in your computer if you know the password. All you have to do is to continuously push the button of Ctrl+ALT+Shift+F6 then enter the password then when you are in you can change the mode to thawed mode or to freez mode. I believe you pay the person who installed it right? asking a favor, tell him or her that you need the password so that you will not call him anymore when you need to thawed your system. I know that he is just protecting you because the person who install the deepfreez is afraid that you forgot to freez it after you installed anything in your computer.

Hi zaphan, I am using deepfreez for 5 years already and all I can say about deepfreez is that, Its just an angel comes from the sky. It really help a lot wiht my internet gaming business. Of course I update deepfreez everytime their is an update available. Deepfreez protect your system by saving all your system data and restore it when you reboot or restart the system. Simply means that when you shutdown your PC and you're using deepfreez in freez mode all that you do or save in your pc will be gone when you start up or open your pc again. The strength is known virus cannot be save in the system. The weakness is when you are careless and you put it in a thawed mode then it is vulnerable to virus infection. The disadvantage of the deepfreez is that you cannot save anything to your pc when it is active. So maybe you can just use usb drive to save your files. You can always then install or save and modify your system when your deepfreez is off or in thawed mode.

Actually I dont have any IDEA about deep freez any way I read your response I come to know a new technology/software
