My wife is such a gem. She reads a lot of books and recipes from a variety of resources. About a month ago, she was reading something she found on the Internet about making your own preserves and all sorts of neat things that we can create on our own from fresh fruits and vegetables, thus eliminating the need for us to buy the name brand labels at the grocery stores. So, she has been having us to save all jars, large and small. She is also homeschooling our children and therefore she is planning to use some of the jars as arts and craft projects with them.
What measures have you and your household taken to be more resourceful?
Do you think we could make our own preserves one day and maybe sell them? If so, I'll be sure to write about and share a new discussion about it, as long as mylot is still around!

Thanks a lot for the compliment, I appreciate it. I love her more than the mere words that I can share with you guys on mylot. It is definitely surprising to see this sort of a response, especially from the first person. You're bound to set your own trends here if you stick around long enough. Welcome to mylot and have a great day!

Every little bit helps, if you ask me. A little raindrop and turn into a huge waterfall. All it needs is several other trillion raindrops to follow it's lead.
Thanks for you response.
