How do you manage the thoughts that create anger?
i am talking about managing anger within ourselves. most of the times we "control" anger by suppressing the angry thoughts, but suppression of thoughts, in my opinion is not a healthy option, but on the other hand, how would you express angry thoughts, without hurting another person?

Generally we feel angry when someone says something which we feel is not right.Once you realise that every person is correct from his or her point of view and whatever he or she is saying may be right in her opinion then the complete outlook changes. When you consider othe persons opinion and you do not agree with it then you can put your point of view with calm. If you become angry then you are not able to put your point of view with stress. So first thing is accept what the other person is saying and then calmly keep your view.
