Who else is the member of new launched Buxrev.com?

We all tired of PTC sites but I came across this newly launched,Buxrev.com, what can you say about this site? Just launched this January, and no proof payment if this really pays to all their members. And the Pay out is $2?

I've seen that at my traffic site while I'm surfing for credits ...i'm not so familiar with the site as well...

Yes, lady :) They only have 300 members as of now..hehehe.. I guess this was lauched second week of January..not sure though...
