Hmmm, but ofcourse not as serious love for someone but i do belive in puppy love. As early as 7 years old i do have a so called "boyfriend"

well there are differnet kind of love, as far kids loving parents or family that kind of love never to young.
but if two younger people such as teens, i think they often might get love confuse with lust.

No, you can never be too young to love. Babies love their mothers, to them, we are the most beautiful creatures in the world. Until they hit about age 8. Hehe.
In serious relationships it is always best to think about yourself first and your own happiness. If you think you are in love with someone, but you aren't REALLY truly happy, do you really love them? A lot of people think that they are in love and later on realize it must have been lust or jealousy, love blinds the eye. Always remember that...but no, in general respects nobody is too young to fall in love. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise if you truly love the person, but of course, don't break any laws!
