I got told that if you sneeze with your eyes open they will pop out is that true

i heard that but no idea if it's true. i did hear when you do sneeze i heard your snot shout out over an 100 mph. lol. and back in the days rommans used to think when you did sneeze your heart stops so where my god bless you come from
