Does you boss gender really matter??

Almost everyone has workissues, whether it's with the management or with personal growth. But do work issues have anything to do with gender bias? Well my experience with female bosses has not been good so far, so i'll go for male boss. What you think who will make best boss, man or a women?

I dont think it really matters that much to me. The character, personality, people management skills etc are of far more relevance than whether they're male or female. As long as there is a mutual respect neither age nor gender is an issue.
