She keeps on going....

Even with a fever my little girl is still playing and having a ball!!!Has a fever of about 101 and she is up stairs playing with her friends. I hope this doesn't exhuast her. She is such an active little girl but this may be too much. Do your kids troop right through a fever or do they lay on the couch through the whole thing? And do I need to give her medicine if she is doing fine?? I don't think I need to!!!

If she still has a fever I would probably keep giving her the meds if she were my child. But other than that, I have no other suggestions except to make sure she gets enough sleep and plenty of fluids. :)

thanks she is know laying on the couch and hopfully going to go down for a nap :) She is still sick but refuses to let it take her down.

Well,my nephew is also an active boy,who will play with his fellows if the illness is not very heavy.I don't think it only means he is naughty.Maybe he is "responsible" in a game with others.However ,for a child ,if he or she got a fever,it is better not to play too much.If the child gets too tired ,the fever may be heavier.
