Some people attacked young women in a pub and some other places. It is not a protest. It is only a clear human rights violation. What do you feel about it ?

Protesting against something that is harmful should be encouraged. But not by attacking anyone.
A pub is not an essential thing a society need. There are so many other things for entertaintment. There may be too many who disagree. The cultures around the world are so different. There may be places where parents and children drink together.
I don't want my little daughter go on drinking in a pub and return home like a drunkard. But if we know that all these are nasty things that our next generation should not follow we'll also protest.
This thing happened in southern India. And as an Indian i felt very sorry for the girls who suffered.
Anyway attacking someone is not a solution for the problem. If we don't want our kids or siblings to go to a pub and do nasty things there, you should first tell them what their culture is. The younsters think that they are doing something great when they adopt the foreign culture. The problem starts when they thinks their culture has too many restrictions.
There may be lot of bad things in our culture. But we know something is bad from our intuition. Then why follow it for the sake of enjoyment?
Culture is not something to be imposed, it should be aquired.
Our next generation should not waste their precious time in a pub and in a time when the whole world is under the grip of economic crisis. They should atleast take care of their parent's financial situation.
And everything a child exhibits in the public starts in a family. If their
family holds no morale- no matter how much rich are they - then we can't expect
that from the kids.
A good family starts to form a good society. And
there are lot of good things we can absorb from a foreign culture.
I know that many of you will disagree with my points. Sorry if i hurt you.

Women have been persecuted and segregated for a long time until the last 80 years or so. Being attacked because you are smaller and weaker than the opposite gender is low down and stupid. Anyone who would attack someone for no good reason has problems and needs therapy or an institution.:(
