Day by day its very difficult to buy your own house in india. because of our "Economic Sustem". now a days if you are going to buy a flat of 100 sq ft, it will cost you minimum 30lack. if you will apply for loan & you required 90% amount of total cost which is 27 lacs. then your income should be minimum 70 thousend per month. & if you will get the loan. you have to pay 30 thousent per month as a EMI, which is for 20 years. so i think we all have to discuss this issue & find out the solution ?& then we have to inform this to our government & banks so, one day we will also able to buy our own house.

The high price of the house and the low income of most of people. Most of youngers who want to buy a house need their parent's help. It's hard for us to buy house buy ourselves without parents' help.Though our government have taken many measures, such as limit those who have own a house buy the second house, forbid the officials sell land and so on,but the price still very high.

It is very hard to buy your own house unless you are a rich guy no matter in which country do you live in. Buying a property in Malta is very expensive and when you obtain a mortgage you end up paying for it all your life time.

Same here in Beijing. The house price is about 10 thousand yuan(about $1500)per m2. And the average payment is about RMB5000 ($700) per month. Buying a flat of 100 m2, a couple will have to pay at least their 9 years' earnings. What's more, they will have other spending in these 9 years, such as kids' education, hospital, etc. It's really difficult.

My friend Harish now its not at all hard to buy a house as the real estate market has gone down and 1 BHK cost around 17 Lakhs in a posh area. People have lots of money now days the only thing is people are not ready to spend money now because of recession. Once they start taking out money market will go up.

Yes I do agree it is really difficult to buy a house in todays times.I think only miracle can help us buy a house now. With its rate soaring so high and the loan getting tightier with each passing day, owing a house will soon become a dream for many of us.However as said - never ever lose hope and keep your fingers crossed...one day , may be one fine day I might own a house.
