Does anyone know what these do....or help with...Do they help with weight loss? Or are they more for your overall health. I have been eating yogurt with these in them but I have not noticed any difference in myself!!!Except my energy levels are higher...BUT I am also exercising!!!And eating COMPLETELY different from about 3 weeks ago!
Anyways any thoughts?

In simplest term, antioxidants are substances that will protect your cells from the molecules that are produced during food breakdown and internal oxidation (these molecules are commonly known as free radicals) and other environmental factors like smoke and pollution. The effects of these are bad, it will weaken your body's defenses, cause cellular aging and internal breakdown. This antioxidants can counter oxiadtion, delay aging and can strengthen your body's defenses. Probiotics on the other hand are actually live microorganisms that are good bacteria and some are yeasts. The most common I've heard so far is Lactobacillus. These good bacterias can actually enhance your immunity, ward off bad bacteria and improve your overall immunity. Take these 2 continuously, you're on the right track!
