I'm curious does anyone know for a fact that splenda causes cancer? I have a muscle builder come to my work and gave us a speech about getting healthy he talks about healthy food and how to make it those natural food tasts better by adding splenda to everthing. He swear by it, he preach it over and over again the way to go is eat healthy and use splenda to make it taste good. The fact of the matter is I think its causes cancer, but I've heard it many years back. I don't know if the FDA has approved it for use now-a-day or it still consider not safe. It's interesting to see it on the store shelf if this things is so bad for you I have mixed and conflicting information. Just wanted to here your opinion about it. Thx.

Yes splenda do cause cancer. I`ve been studying in biochemistry for a year and i`ve learn alot of things. Splenda ia made of too much chemicals and I call it fake sugar. Never eat fake food unless it`s a pill for your headache lol. That muscle builder must be beyond nuts. Just exercise and try to bake or steam the food instead of frying. Fresh veggies are the best especially if it`s organic. then exercise would be a nice complement. :P alot of people should know about splenda though or any other fake sugar that exist in the market. If you feel curious, you can always ask at the pharmacy. My grandmother has diabete and her pharmacist warned us to not use splenda. Use little amount of honney or brown sugar instead of the white one.
