Do you love to listen to music when you are working?

I listen to music all the time except the time when i am trying to learn something that's really important like in my semester exams ..I never listen to music when i am reading ,learning or just mugging things up..it helps because it takes less time..The music i listen to is so catchy that it can sway my concentration off my work ...but all the other times i m listening to something or the other

Im always fond of listening music while working at home whether doing some thing at computer or doing some writing work or playing with friends but music should be of my choice otherwise it distrubing me and not making the concentration whtever doing.i tend to hear music thru earphone while all are gone to their respective bed so i can enjoy with music.i record every song which i like to hear the most.

Hi Bebs! I also enjoy listening to music when doing house chores. I don't play it too loud, but just enough to block out any other noise around me. I do the same when I'm online and thankfully I don't get distracted by it.

Amen,i love listening to music while doing household chores as well. Somehow I need to have a "domestic soundtrack" as it inspires me to scrub the tub & the like :). Sometimes we need to get our "working groove" on & music gets me going!

yes,when i am working,i like to listen to music.listening music can get me very excited and i find that i can finish my work with higher efficiency!music makes the boring work become a pleasant thing,sometimes i even dance when i am washing plates.

I liketo listen to music and dance to it while I'm working. This can be cooking, cleaning the house, working online, taking care of the pets and plants. Even if its just imaginary music in my head. It makes work more enjoyable, you know?

I love music also, I could play music or MTV where I work. It helps kill the time tho, do you think so? music helps you release stress and help you moving.

I love listening to music when I'm doing chores around the house I also love listening to music when I just on the computer and I use to listen to music at my last job while I worked we were allowed to listen while we worked. It was nice.

I enjoy listening music when I am at work, but sometimes it depends upon my mood. When I am in rush or serious with what I am doing, I prefer to be in silence.

Same here.I like listening to music when i am doing light work like cleaning,cooking,arranging and ironing clothes but the things in which i require concentration and attention are to be done in a peaceful and silent atmosphere.So when i am working on my office reports then i do not play music. yeah i normally listen to my ipod while im typing on here because i get bored very easily. i also am typing on aim and taking turns between aim and here. sometimes this site can be interesting at times like it depends on the topic. i just tell myself to keep typing because it will be worth it when i get paid!

i do love listening to music while working cause its giving me an energy to still do my work or to push through . and its giving me also an encouragement Christian music that i listened :D

I'm always listening to music, even when I'm writing. It keeps me moving so I don't just sit there and do nothing. I will que up my iPod with some rocking tunes to get things done faster and cleaning is more fun that way, especially for the kids.

Yes, I do listen to music while doing chores at home. I prefer Christian music or mellow sounds most especially the old songs. I think music has power to uplift my spirit. But like you, I don't like any sort of sound whenever I am writing. I want full concentration and hates any sound that will disturb me.

Exactly i did what you do; listening to music when am doing chores at home but not when am working as I cannot concentrate on what am doing if I do listen to anything.

Yes, I do listen to music but it should be soft and mellow. It stresses me out if it's too loud. I don't want to use earphones too as it makes me deaf after an hour. I'd rather hear the music from a stereo or digital player. Happy mylotting and cheers.

I certainly like to have noise in the background whilst I am working. I like to listen to a local chat programme that also gives the news. I like to know what is going on or what has happened in my country. If I am at home, then I usually listen to the same call in programme as I like to hear what solutions people have for these hard economic times . I used to have a weekly column in a Sunday newspaper and again, whilst I was writing this I still had to have something going on in the background.
