Many of the people who are in the range of 15 to 25 will be mad about games, they play whole day, Nowadays it is spread to small childrens also, What do you think about playing games, I feel it is more dangerous , we should ask childrens to play outdoor games rather than indoor, what do you feel??

I feel the same. And one problem in india is tat many places are being destroyed and used for other purposes , where children played games before. Now many suffer due to no place. SO now children spend their time in front of the TV games or PC games. I think children should be allowed to play games for few hours and ask them to focus on other things like reading etc..

Yes that is so true what you are saying. It has gotten to the point that many kids today don't know what outside play is anymore. Every since these game stations have come out its liek outside is more inside now. With the games they are making today most of them shouldn't be on the shelves to be sold at all. Today people are more focused on making a quick buck than to woryy abotu the futures of our children. My son does have a game and rarely plays it . Teh games that he has are more of football and some action heroes. He cannot play on school nights at all because on those days he's goin to get his lesson and his lesson only and what he has for church. He can only play on the weekends and he hardly ever do that. On days when it is not ugly outside or too hot or cold he goes outside. These games that are being made today have killing cursing and other stuff that kids just don't need to see or hear and play. Parents are responsible for what they let their child do in their house especially when they not paying any bills. Children need to get an education. What is the use of playing video games and the child doen't even know not one ounce of his/her homework but can work his/her fingers on a game. To me that just a parent who doesn't care about their child adn they don't need to have em. So games need to have a limit.

I think there needs to be an even balance. My girls play a lot of computer games. They are 12 and 15. But they also play soccer (indoor and outdoor) and one does Taekwondo and kickboxing. One is on a rep soccer team so she also has soccer practice one evening a week. They get their exercise. They are out on the slopes today. The only time I get upset with them playing games is when they fight over it. As a family we like to play traditional and newer non-computer games like "Apples to Apples", Dominoes, Battleship, Clue, Mad Gap, etc. These do not promote exercise, except of the mind. And they also give us quality family time together. My husband bought Playstation 3 after Christmas, along with his beloved Tiger Woods golf game. Ugh! He is playing it all the time. Drives me crazy and the kids too. None of us have any interest in playing that game with him. Hhhmmm... they've gone snowboarding today. Perhaps I'll treat them to a new-used game for the Playstation. We bought a used soccer game which they have either grown tired of or hubby just takes control with golf. We have to find a game that he will enjoy BESIDES golf. But in the summer he is out on the links once a week and he goes to the gym 6 days a week, and will be participating in his second half-marathon this spring. I like to play computer games, but the ones that give me a chance at actually winning something. But I also get on the treadmill several times a week for three and a half miles. Like I said... balance.

Both are OK, in my opinion, we should just make sure that children will not spend all their time just on one type. Ans there is a benefit to indoor games as well, for example kids can improve their english with playing online games with people from the rest of the world.
