Why would you like to work for U.S. Bank?

I'm applying for a job at a bank, and the two questions I can't seem to come up with answers for are:
Why would you like to work for U.S. Bank?
and
What does exceptional customer service mean to you?
Any advice? :)

For exceptional customer service I would say something like "It means that when the customer walks away, it doesn't matter how the transaction worked out. They feel better because they feel like they made a friend at the bank". And for the why question just BS something. Like "I want to work at the bank because I have always loved it. It's the most awesome bank I know of". Hahaha.
