Have I had these days I believe I am queen of these days. I used to be such an outgoing person. I hated to be alone and always wanted to meet and greet everyone within yelling distance. What happened to me? Now I had just as soon be alone as with a crowd. Don't get me wrong I love to spend time with my family and friends but now I require alone time to function. Some days I had just as soon everyone dissappear and leave me alone. I am irritable and want to do only what I want to do whether that be sleep, write, sing, or just sit and stare for a while. I hate when the phone rings and I hate it even worse when people appear to visit. I feel like screaming I don't want to talk, I don't want to go out, I just want to be left ALONE! Of course I never do. I bite my tongue pick up the phone or open the door and in my best FAKE voice say hello I am so glad to see or hear from you and then on to the blah blah blah. Oh my I just realized I have a lot of bad days lately LOL.

Good explanation, in fact almost perfect explanation. It seems like today is also that sort of a day for you too.

Watching TV is actually really boring, and specially on these gloomy days TV is as pesky as anything else. But I have never tried cleaning my house. I'll try it for sure. Happy Mylotting!

I'm having one of those days today. It's a terrible rainy/snowy/icy mess outside and we still had classes. So, I've been wandering around campus today, getting soaked, getting stuck on my only mode of transportation to get to my classes and I had to walk back home. I'm soaked, and I'm annoyed that people think canceling classes for one day is really such a bad idea when it's a terrible day like this. I just am not in the mood to speak to anyone or do anything I'm just so annoyed.

It is these small small things that most people ignore, the real reason for someone else's day to become totally messed up. I hope you get through it too.

Hello wickedself
Yes i do feel aloneness. I am retired now, my wife is with my kids work place for a month..Quite naturally i feel so lonely, ofcourse i try to reduce this feeling of aloneness by keeping engaged in research work, some times i help my daughter in law in kitchen..read papers, watch tv etc..
Thanks for sharing.
Welcome always.
Cheers.
