Do you drink it? Why do you drink green tea? Is it the flavor, or the antioxidant benefits, or both? Do you have a favorite brand? I'm not happy with the grassy taste of the ones I've tried. In fact, I like white tea a little better for taste and nutrition. But I've only found one variety I like in the white tea, and that is White Pear Tea.
So do you drink green tea, and if so, what brand do you drink?

I have some tea plants in pots and I have not gotten around to harvesting the leaves. I would love to drink green tea again. I like it for the taste and the health benefits. Cheers!!

Wow! Tea plants. I know tea comes from a plant, but it's not something I usually think about growing? So how do grow tea? Is there something you must do to care for that particular plant? And how do you harvest or process the leaves? Is this something you have done before?

I experiment with different kinds of nutrition for the plants as well as the planting medium and I am getting some pretty wild results. My tea leaves are humongous. I think I should think about making some money with these. Cheers!!

I love green tea, but only the flavored ones. Arizona Iced Tea makes a DELICIOUS diet green tea (sweetened with honey and lemon) It's probably not the one with the best benefits from the tea, but I love love love it! Very clean tasting. I usually buy the powdered mix but they also have it in pre-made jugs.

I'm drinking a cup of tea at night before bedtime. I have this Lipton Green Tea with citrus flavor. But it is said that it helps in losing weight. I am wondering should a cup of tea is enough?

I guess it depends how often you exercise that cup to your mouth. Kidding of course. I think I read somewhere that green tea is a metabolism booster. But drinking it before bedtime might do to you what it does to me when I drink it before bed. It means a trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and a tough time falling asleep. Wish it were as easy as drinking green to to lose weight, but I think it takes a little more than that.
