i usually prefer to use pressed powders, eyeliners, lip, gloss, lipsticks, blush-ons and mascara... i occasionally use eyeshadow since it does not suits me well all the time. only in certain occasions...
aside from cleaning my face, using pressed powders makes my face more glowing and preventing freckles to appear...
in terms of brands i prefer Avon and Ever Bilena.
Ever Bilena is a cheap brand but suits me well... i want to try Revlon and Lancome, however it is very expensive...
how about you?what are some cosmetic products and brands do you always prefer or recommend?
happy mylotting

i heard that VMV cosmetics is good for those who are hypersensitive and allergic. you may try to look it up. i have a couple of friends who use it and VMV also customizes makeup for you.

assuming you're not sensitive to makeup, the hi end brands i use are lancome, mac, nars. for cheaper alternative is use VOV cream foundation and vov eyeshadows. you can use it as a concealer and it'll last a long time.
i also use ELF for everyday, it's super cheap. fasio's powder compact is good for those w/ oily skin. and their mascara is the best!
i do not like ever bilena, fanny serrano, or nichido's eyeshadows because it's not that creamy or well packed. when i use my brush on it, the pigments seem to fall off. same goes when i apply it to my eyes.
i heard nyx and coastal scents are good as well.

i wonder which is more expensive..the Body Shop or neutrogena...?

Currently I think the brand I love most would be M.A.C., I like the fact that they have a wide varieties to choose from and they are not that expensive but with great qualities! The makeup artists there even teach you how to use everything.

I have had great luck with Everyday Minerals and Bare Minerals. Both have great colors and coverage, but are good for your skin and don't cause breakouts or allergic reactions. I use their eyeshadows, blushes, mineral foundations and concealers. Bare Minerals can be a bit pricey, but Everyday Minerals is amazingly affordable!
When I wear lip color, I tend to use all-natural glosses and tints by Burt's Bees. They are affordable and actually condition my lips while providing a bit of color.

Yes! You can buy Everyday Minerals at everydayminerals.com Be sure to check out their free sample kit, which is a fantastic way to try out their colors and different makeup finishes and only have to play for shipping. A free sample kit includes trial sizes of 3 different mineral foundations, 1 blush and one concealer for only the shipping charges. An excellent deal! The website is really great too...it offers lots of advice on choosing colors and formulas, and creating special looks using their colors.
I find Bare Minerals to be more marketed but their website is slightly less user friendly. Also, the Bare Minerals line is considerably more expensive, so bear that in mind. Their website is bareminerals.com, but you can also find their products at Sephora.com, sometimes at less expensive prices.

For skin care, I use (and sell) Mary Kay. The stuff is absolutely awesome! Makes my skin very soft. The great thing about Mary Kay is that the products are make for those with dry skin, or oily or combination. I also love their make-up line, fragrances and bath & body products. :-)

I buy cosmetic at Avon, Ever Bilena and Maybelline. These are my brands when it comes to cosmetics. Eversince I started using make up , these are the brand I used to be trusted with my face. When I am shopping for it, there is nothing else I will buy but this brand. I choose face powder and light cream with SPF 15 for prevetion from radiation from sun rays. In real , I am not used to wearing make up. I just used it for special occasion and a mild one when I am having an interview having an interview or date. I prefer to use facepowder instead for everyday use.
