here in India most of the cases in court take several years to get resolved. And i mean most of them.when a case might get the judgment ..it is most probable that the person who filed it would be dead by now. whats your take on this??

Its true. I have seen many cases in the past years in the newspapers. Its annoying to read them, and you'll wish they would speed up things...but its not that easy. Corrution is in every branch of the justice system in India, as would be expected as its a huge country - there are people whithout identities living here, and other who use it to scam, bribe, blackmail... almost everything works well because you're naturally hidden in a huge population.

yes you are right my friend....corruption is the biggest problem that India is facing. until corruption isn't eliminated India cant be any better. no wonder people go to other countries from India.even if we say so we aren't actually the "proud" Indians.the only thing to be proud is the culture and history of Indians, which is nowhere to be seen today. The sacrifice that freedom fighters made for us to live a free life.No one seems to care...its all about the money now. Anyway i would like to thank you for taking interest in this matter. Have a nice day!!

You're right. There seems to be no morals, no values and no ethic in the lives people of India now live. It pains me think how granted our people take everything they have today - the right to live as a free Indian is lot more than in other countries as we are both secular and democratic, which is seen in very few countries. We have far too much freedom, and people abuse it. People use the name of great heros of the past like Bhagat Singh, ghantiji, Patel and all that to achieve their evil and greedy ends. I certainly do not like the present day India. People need to change, or we'll see a miserable future lead by corruption and terrorism. Why do people not think of others?
