I am afraid of height & legged bugs (spiders, croacoah, centipedes & etc)

I HAVE AN EXTREMELY GREAT PHOBIA OF HIEGHTS

I have a fear of insects... There are many other things, but maybe not even I am aware of them. I sure don't like clowns, no wonder you will find them in most of the horror movies.

I do have 2 phobias..aND THEY BOTH ACRE ME EQUALLY ENOUGH THAT i could scare myself into a heart attack..Tornados and Heights..there was a small fire when i was 18 in my aot building and we had to use the fire stairs..the ones outside..i didnt know i was afraid of heights til i started lookin down..i froze and couldnt move..literally my legs were shaking and a fire fighter had to carry me down...and i tried to oover come it..but its a nooo goo..and Tornadoes..need i say more? lol

I`ve seen videos of people who suffer from it. The best way to get rid of a phobia depends on the person. There's this thing called "flooding", where it just basically helps you overcome your fear by exposing it to you until you learn that it's nothing to be scared of. Flooding takes anxiety to the highest level, so the only way the feeling can go from there is down. I believe you could also turn to hypnosis.

I'm not proud of it, but I have a fear of midgets, little people, or whatever they prefer to be called now. I know it's irrational (and a bit unkind) but that why it's a phobia, it is an irrational fear. And, I mean, it is a true phobia. I break out into a sweat if one gets too near me in public or if I think I might have to touch them (like when one was at my church in a pew behind me and we were going to have to shake hands at the sign of peace.) If I see one on TV, I usually kind of scream and close my eyes and turn the channel. For some reason, that Wee Man from the Armed and Famous doesn't bother me too much. He's the first midget I haven't really became queasy watching. Well, I do watch Wizard of Oz, but I think that's where the fear originated.

I don't admire it but looks like I have phobia on heights but not the extreme one, I just feel like going down when I climb jumpboard on the swimming pool LOL

i have a fear of closedspaces like lifts but i still go in a lift i smply close my eyes and open them when i reach the respective floor

My phobia is spiders and living alone. I can't stand even the feeling of living alone. Thats why I think I am so with having many children. I was raised like that also. My grandmother still have all her grown kids living with her. But I think thats so pathetic on her children parts since they are grown men. But maybe my grandmother have the same phobia as me. Spiders just creeps me out. I am so scared of them. I remember hearing a story by a lady who said that same spiders crawls in people ears and lay eggs. Thats just too much for me.

this is a kool discusion...i have a phobia of cockroaches...n lizard...if any 1 fromthis two i find in my room....i leave my house at the sametime .....i call my servant n ask them to kill

i have a fear of sharp objects..knives,needles,pins...makes me twitch

I am scared of heights and any type of insect. You name it. Especially frogs. I was in the pet store and a huge frog was in a tank. I could not even walk past it to go down the isle.

I have phobia with the height, when I was in the height then my head will be headache

Spiders. Big ones, small ones, any of em. I hate em and run from em when I see one. Friends play jokes on me just to see my reaction. Its humiliating. I don't know why I'm so scared of those little 8 legged things, but I can't stand them!
