go to some of your friends discussions and add the people that reply to their discussions or go to an interest that you like and add the active posters there.. or you could go to a friends profile and add their friends they have.. some people take awhile before they get around to adding the people that request them so it may take a day or two.. being active and replying to others discussions is how you meet people a lot.. or if you post a lot of discussions that get noticed and then people want to add you etc
