Are you Happy the way your life is going on??

I guess complaining and whining is a part of life. But a person must not always dwell on the bad things. Life itself is a gift that we should be thankful of. I am very much happy with my life. I love my life. I get to go to a nice school, I get to eat atleast 3x a day, I get to sleep on a comfortable bed, I get to take a shower atleast 2x a day, I get to post on myLot, meaning I'm blessed enough to have a laptop. You see, simple things such as those are blessings. People don't often realize that because they are either discontented, unhappy or in a tough situation. God is good even in good times or in bad. Be thankful! :)

Personally, I've got a lot of things going on for me at the moment. Just for information, I'm a wife and a mom to our only daughter; aside from being a tutor to my youngest sibling. Life could be so hectic and chaotic at times that it's so easy to be lost in all the confusion around us; especially now that the global economic crisis is looming over our horizon. Most of us have the tendency to work so hard so as to accumulate substantial amount of money to spare ourselves from getting hungry and cashless. Honestly, I'm no exception to this issue. I do have a regular daytime job as a financial analyst for a local bank for more than 4 years now; but I fear that I might be one of the many employees who will be displaced from our jobs by the end of the first quarter of the current year. The owners of the company are planning to close shop because of financial difficulties. In fact, it has already displaced 37 percent of the total workforce last September 2008. Problems abound in our lives and solutions to them might seem out of sight, and sometimes, I find myself about to shed a tear from all of these, but I try to think that every situation we encounter is a test by our Creator to make us stronger amidst all adversities. But analyzing life in general, I believe there are several factors I should be thankful of. One of these is our daughter who can ease my mind from all the pressures of the day's job. She's such a bundle of joy for me eventhough she could be a handful at times.

Right now, I would say that I am really happy. I'm just missing my wife since she's on vacation now. My life has been in a roller-coaster ride before I got into this kind of peace right now. I thank all my friends and family for delivering their ample love and affection.
