How many hours do you sleep every night?

Well first, insomnia is an actual sleeping disorder, not just an occasional problem of not being able to sleep. But I tend to fluctuate greatly between 4 and 12 hours of sleep. Depends on if and when I'm tired really, I don't have a good pattern.

Usually, I sleep about 7 hours a day. That's the average sleeping hours I get. I actually have an abnormal sleeping time. I sleep at around 3am and wake up at 10 or 11am. That's kinds weird but I get used to it though. Happy posting.

I used to work until 11 in the evening for the past 6 years. But suddenly my work happened to be one only, leaving my regular job as government employee. I used to be working part-time until September of last year. In those times, I go to sleep the earliest is 11:30pm. But my sleeping habit didn't change even I am home as early as 5:15pm. I still get to sleep at that time and have to wake up at 7am the next morning for work. I only have at least 5 hours of sleep daily. When there is no work, I don't know why I still go to bed the same time with regular working days and also wake up early...
