Fell in love with someone online???

My friend Sally met someone on chat and since she is crazy about the guy she met online. Do you think just by chatting with someone you can fall in love with them. They may be lying to you about lots of stuffs. Can u trust someone you meet online?Have you ever fell in love with someone you met online.?

yeah although she is 4 years older haha but we share things we chat like everyday and we now go out

Yes, I did fall in love online. She was from Palestine and we chatted everyday for hours. True, there is no way to find if the other one is lying about certain things, but how can you be so sure that in offline love the other one is not lying? After all, love is having faith on your partner.
