How to work on " Getafreelancer.com"???

I joined this site an year ago, but haven't understood how to work on it, till date!
What I could understand was that there is some bidding system. I am not experienced in all these things, so i am confused.
Can anyone help me about this, that what is this bidding system, and how to work on this site??

bidding is just the price you offering on the freelance job requested by the buyer. Buyer will always consider about the price, if you bid on lower price and provide quality work, then you have high chance to get the freelance job

Most of the buyer will request the sample of your previous work before give you the job. Also, if they found that the quality of the work is same, then definately they will choose the one with lower price
