Some years ago ,I lived in the countryside with my family because I come from countryside. At that time ,I had quite a lot of friends ,and enjoyed my happy childhood. However, since I had to go to school and college in the city ,I have little time to return to my hometown. It is so noisy and crowd to lead the city life.Sometimes I will feel very lonely and missing my hometown.Well ,guys ,where do you live ?Do you have some similar feelings? Thanks !

I experienced living in both. It's good to live in the countryside because the air is fresh and there's no traffic. On the other hand, the city has almost everything when it comes to business establishments, schools and others. Both has actually advantages and disadvantages...I like living in the city but I also like to live in the countryside for vacation if i want to relax...

i live in s.w. florida sort of in the boonies, the town rolls up at 9 pm except for wal-mart and that's 20 some miles away. it's nice and quiet and will be quieter when all the northerner's go back up north after the high season ends. the last time i went to my hometown the traffic was sooo bad it was disgusting, 25 miles out of manhattan, nyc. in new jersey. shopping malls galore if ya don't mind wasting 1/2 a day on the highway.
