Anyone use Paid Watchers?

Just wondering if anyone here is a member of Paid Watchers? and if so has it made you cash?

I have always been told that don't pay money upfront for things like that. Also i checked out the site. It looks like a scam. Maybe somebody here though will comment who knows more.

im not sure it is a scam as there forum has a few people with payment proofs but im still not 100% on it lol
