Is Roudycash paying anyone??

I guess Roudycash has become another scamming ptc site. I notice they have the please help us pay for server at the top of their website. I think it's pathetic to ask for server help don't people who start up theses ptc's know they have to pay server cost? I don't understand why so many of them often has some type of message shown about support our server cost. We clicking to earn money not donate it but when you get scammed by a big sorry we closed or you must upgrade to get paid in reality you are donating your time to them even if you're not purchasing advertisement's, so I guess they begging for advertisers support, right? Well at least that's how I figure it. I requested payout 5 days ago and haven't received it so far. Roudycash is the latest ptc that I joined and if I don't get paid from them I am threw with new ptc's, I'll stick to the older lower paying, but reliable one's. Has anyone been paid from Roudycash recently? Thanks!
