We have a lady who comes to our house and do the laundry. Though she uses the washing machine, she has to wash all the clothes of all eight of us here. So she does laundry thrice a week.

How nice it must be to have such a luxury. But even if I could have a lady to do my wash not sure I would feel comfy with someone else washing my unmentionables. Not sure if that is just me or not. I can be a little corky, lol.

I have a family of 5 living at home also. I do laundry every day. I do at least 2 loads a day, but usually more. Always a load of darks, whites and usually towels. Then on Saturdays I have the bedsheets in there too! If I waited to do laundry every other day or even once a week, I would never get it all done.

Oh I hear you. It is definitely a never ending battle. Just when you think you got it all done, there is more.

I have to do that as i only have a few pairs of jeans I really like to wear. I have clothes in my closet but tend to only wear certain items, lol.

We're a family of 3, and I put it off as long as possible, but still end up doing 4-5 loads a week. We need to do at least a load a day, between towels and my teenage daughter's constant outfit changes, but I let it pile up. I would do it more often if our dryer wasn't on the porch. I don't like to go out there at night to retrieve the clothes (or put them in).
