I have several pet peeves but I just was in the kitchen and low and behold, hubby left his coffee cup in the sink again unrinsed. That has to be one of my worst pet peeves is dishes that are not rinsed. It only takes a second to rinse them out. What are some of your pet peeves?

Where do I start my laundry list of Peeves!!!!!!!!! *LOL*
The kids not picking up after themselves & giving me this "deer in the head light" look on their face.
Toys not picked up ever, that includes hubby's toys
Asking people to do stuff and they don't
People who don't have any common courtesy to hold doors open if your hands are full.
Parking lot manners!!!!!! It drives me absolutly batty that someone will sit there and wait (if I'm lucky) to pull into the spot next to me while I'm loading my kids in. Why can't they just take another spot???? I've even had someone pull into the spot next to me while I was loading them in, so I leave my cart in the space if it's empty as it really ticks me off that the parking spot is more important than not hitting me or my kids.

LOL...I totally agree with you. Clothes not turned the right way drives me batty or why is it that you can't put them in the hamper? Ughh. So many little things that drive us batty especially when you constantly ask for the simplest of things that go undone. Common courtesy is almost something unheard of these days it seems. I try to go out of my way to hold doors and wait especially when kids are concerned or the elderly.

Oh that's for sure! My kids and hubby leave everything in the bathroom or a pile between their room & the bathroom..... mind you the chute is abt 5ft away if that so throw it down the chute!
Someone was kind enough yesterday to help me pick up the pkg I had while we were waiting for the post office as I had my baby in hand and a toddler to mind besides the box.
Even a simple Thank You isn't heard of much, that's one of the few things my kids do, is manners.
heres a few more since I origionally posted.....
*co-sleeping w/ my 6yo cause dh told her a story some time yrs ago and she won't get past it!
*dishes in the sink with food still in them. How hard is it to just dump the bones ect in the garbage or give it to the dog?!?!? Instead it's in my sink. I guess I should be thankful cause the kids don't usually turn in their dishes whatso ever & you can imagine what state I have found a few in that were hidden & how many forks I find in the couch cushions! GRR....
*people still calling your land line for chairites when you are on your state's "do not call list"

Oh my gosh, I know. I am on that as well. I did it for my cell phone too. I think they think because they are charites that does not apply to them. I finally got my kids out of my bed, lol. I have a king size bed and I sware they take up more room than I do.
My kids like to leave the table with all their dishes still on it instead of at least putting it on the counter. Where does it say that Mom's have to do it all?

Do I have pet peeves? Probably too many to list...lol.
One of my biggest is with silverware of all things. Every night I cook dinner and do all the cleanup of pots & pans. I've asked each family member to help out by washing their own plates, glasses and silverware. That's not too much to ask, right? Most nights in the dish drainer I find cups and plates and only one set of silverware...mine. So I leave them in the dish pan. After two days there isn't enough left to cook and serve, so I don't. At meal time when everyone is getting hungry, they wonder were dinner is. I kindly let them know that there isn't enough silverware to serve anything, so I didn't bother cooking. That usually results in a mad dash to the sink and hubby goes out and gets pizza. Hmmm....maybe those nights aren't so bad afterall...lol

LOL. That is a good idea! I will have to try that. Maybe do the same with the garbage as well, and the laundry.
