Health is wealth is the rite phrase without health everything lookd bad if we have lots of money and we r not well then is the what is the use of that money and someone is poor but having gud health then they can enjoy each and every moment of life.

There is the tendency of a large number of people to run after wealth. They work to gather more and more wealth . In the process they ignore their health.They do not take care in eating the right food at the right time
