I have picked up a few hints on here from various people and to me they sound sensible..firstly drink a couple of glasses of water before a meal, this will make you eat less as well as help flush out your system, do not drink during a meal especially anything cold as this will help solidify fats in your system, then after the meal have a hot drink of tea as this helps moves the fats through your system...sounds all logical to me...Good luck

The first one makes a lot of sense. I've tried it before and it helps. Thank you for reminding me to do it. Sometime all we need is reminders. The other one....its hard for me to not drink something with my meal. I can leave the ice out though. I wonder if there is a study on this somewhere.

First you should be aware about your limit, half of your stomach should filled with food, half of remaining portion water. now question would arise hw can we know that stomach is half filled with food. God has given gift that is belching. or keep some hunger, dont try to diminsh hunger fully. Walk before and after eating , drink water before eating. For proper digestion, drink water , half an hour after taking meal. I have tried all this things on me. I always first experiment on me and then tell others. Best Luck

Dont take foods with high cholestrol level.
avoid sugar and salt as far as possible.
Try to split ur meals and eat, for example u r eating three times a day..split it the same quantity of food which u take in three times of a day and take the same quantity of food six times a day.
Try to make a diet list if possible.(many of them don follow!!)
