on Associated Content, that is. Ah well it's a start. I do get $1.00 upfront - woohoo just for publishing. Payments thereafter I guess are based on "performance" which means per thousand clicks. I don't expect much out this site, but at least I get a crack at some practical writing. http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/1425011/labor_tales_a_mothers_recap_of_her.html

Well this is a Good start. I have not been active in AC myself for quite a while now. I have a whole lot of stuff I have wrote that I could consider submitting there or somewhere and see if I could earn anything from those, but never get the time anymore. Most of my focus seems to be posting here in myLot besides working my regular job as my earnings in here are not too bad this month at all.

Congrats on your first article on Associated Content. I went over and read it, and left you a comment and a recommended. You can check out my articles, too, by linking into my name when you are over on AC. Now that you are published, you see how easy it can be. You might also want to check out other writing sites, like Helium and Constant Content. What other topics (besides giving birth) do you think might interest you? As you can see, on Associated Content, they now list the most searched topics at the top of the page. Writing about those will surely help boost your payment rate and page views. It also helps to develop friends. When you go over and read other people's articles and comment on them, they tend to help you out as well. It's good to keep up a steady pace of writing and commenting (some advice I need to follow myself, although I've been concentrating more on Helium lately).
