What would go good with it?

I like macaroni and cheese with barbequed chicken. Or pasta salad... Use a good hearty pasta like macaroni, penne, or cappelini (sp?). Cook per instructions until done but still firm, rinse with cool water and let sit to drain while chopping your veggies. Use whatever veggies you like - I like tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots... Mom likes olives, onion and bell pepper so we put it all in. Chop the veggies into bite size pieces and add to the pasta. Mix together a cup of Mayo, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, a teaspoon of dill weed, salt and fresh ground pepper. Add to the pasta and veggies and mix it all together. I might have to make some BBQ chicken and pasta salad now...that sounds pretty good.

Yummy!! That sounds good!! Chicken, rice and brocoli and if you cook it all together (like a cassarole) then put some creamy cheese on it! There's alot of different possibilities you can do with Chicken! This was the first thing that came to mind. Happy mylotting!!
