Do you still use a camera with film or do you use a digital camera? I have a camera that takes film, but I have not used it in years. I don't even know where it is, but I know it is around here somewhere.

I am using a film camera right now because my digital camera needs a battery. I dont tend to take alot of pictures though i think I have used this camera for the last couple of years. my husband is the photographer in the family. he takes alot of picturues and does a good job with them. I guess there are alot of people who exclusively use digital cameras.

I haven't used a camera that uses film in 5 or 6 years. I did get a new DSLR camera and lenses for Christmas '07, along with a high def printer. I would hate to think how much it would have cost me to develop all the pictures I have taken over the past year, lol. I love having a digital camera, I can download pictures, edit or delete them, and print them myself.

I use both! I have digital point and shoot cameras, film point and shoot cameras, digital SLRs and film SLRs and I use them all regularly. Both film and digital have their advantages and disadvantages, and I like both mediums for different reasons!

Well, that is a very good question! I have three digital camera's and one that take's film. And, the funny thing is I still have the film in the one and the three are full of picture's. Now, If I would just stop taking picture's and start developing them or make room on my computer for the one's one the digital then, I would be alright. But, I love taking picture's and then that's it! I don't have many photo albums or picture frame's or anywhere to put the picture's. So, there they sit in the cameras. When I die my kids will get them and develop them and go Hey, I don't even remember this! Or, who is this person? I think it will be funny for them to guess who or where this picture came from. Ha Ha What do you think should I just get them developed and buy a photo album? ** Peace and Love get's you through everything in Life **

I haven't used a camera with film for around 7 years or so. That is when I bought my digital camera. I gave my sister my film one and I have used my digital one ever since. I couldn't imagine going back to using a film camera.

I have several very good film cameras(SLR's) since I used to be into photography some, but I haven't been doing it for a long time now and film is just too expensive a way to go these days. I would like to have a good digital SLR but since I haven't been taking a lot of pictures(almost none actually) lately, I just can't justify the price for one. The last picture I took was with my webcam which is not exactly a high quality camera.

I have both types of cameras and use my digital now. I haven't touched my film camera in a few years. When digital camera's first came out i swore i would never invest in one but look at me now! I use it all the time now and just love it. I don't think I'd ever go back to the film camera's. I have taken thousands of photos with my digital, and can you just imagine what it would have cost to buy film and have these all developed. So in the long run my digital has paid itself off. ~proudnana~
