Hi,MyLotters!I have a really important date after a bit more than two weeks and I want to lose about 10 kilograms until than.I say about because I know it`s almost impossible but I will be happy with eight kilograms for example.It`s not a big challenge for me to quit eating junk food or such but I really need to lose weoght fast.PLEASE help me.And thank you in advance.Happy MyLotting!

You could try doing a Liquid fast, but make sure you still get your vitamins. Stick to freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice, water and homemade broth.
Do low impact exercise such as walking, take it easy and if you begin to feel ill or dizzy stop it.
Only problem is you may re-gain the weight once you start eating properly again. Real Fat loss takes time and a steady weightloss of 0.5-1kg a week is healthy.

Fruits and vegetables - avoid refined sugars and processed foods. Eat your big meal for lunch and the smaller meal for your nightime meal. Don't eat late in the evening before you go to bed - doesn't give you body time to digest and use the calories eaten.
