I can't wait for Daytona 500 !!!!!

I'm a longtime NASCAR fan, although I must say not as big as in the Dale Earnhardt, Sr. days. That really got to me when he was killed...February 17th, 2001 or was it the 18th. I'll never forget sitting in my chair waiting to hear if he was ok, but somehow knew he wasn't... OK, no more sadness. :) I am so excited about the season. I am living in the south right now, and hope to get to go to a new track this year. Even if I don't get to go to a race, I would love to at least go see a track. I have been to races at Talladega, MIS, Indy, Bristol and Martinsville. I also did the track tour at Daytona. I'm excited for raceday and this year I have the Speed channel so I'll get to watch the twins!!

My husband and I are long time NASCAR fans and we've been looking forward to the Daytona 500, too. We like the Big Three Js...Jeff, Jimmie and Jr. I hope this season is as exciting as last season was.
