Hey mylot loves. I was just wonderin how yall make your omelets? I LOVE omelets. I toss in extra cheese, and anything else I have in the fridge. I especially love green peppers, onions, potatoes, and sausage! What about you guys? What do you usually throw in your omelet? I would love to hear from you.

Souffle omelets are my fave, separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites stiff then fold back into the yolks so the top rises and can be finished off for a couple of secs under the grill. You can still add anything to them but they just taste more scrummy.

I usually mix in dried shrimps, bacon bits, diced mushrooms, Chinese sausages (if there is any) and red peppers!

I'm a plain jane. Usually just American cheese and ham. And I fold it in half like a taco.
