I have heard that eating chocolate produces chemicals that will make you feel better. I don't know if that is true or not. I have eaten chocolates my whole life and I don't know if I've ever felt the effects of this food on my well-being. What is it about chocolate that can make you be healthier?
Please, someone, explain this to me...

I don't believe it's very good for your body, no matter what the experts say. But if you're married, it's essential! Do not deprive a woman of her chocolate. That's is about as unsafe as teasing a lioness. We have our cravings, and coming between a woman and her cravings is extremely unsafe! In that respect, it is essential to your continued health. Did that help?

There are conflicting reports on chocolate. I am a huge chocoholic myself...reports are that dark chocolate are very good for your heart. And the medical experts (if there really is such a thing)are changing their minds about other chocolate daily. I personally prefer dark chocolate so maybe I won't die of a heart attack anytime soon..
