How do you compare the two of them? What is the difference between them really? Is one good for you while the other's bad? Are all fats bad for the health? I am not a nutritionist and I may have not listened well to my Biology teacher back in high school because I'm still stumped as to which fat is good for the body...
What is deal with these two fats? HELP!

Saturated fats tend to be found in processed foods and up your "Bad" cholesterol levels while Unsaturated fats are found in things like avocados and various nuts. Unsaturated fats actually lower your "bad" cholesterol levels and up your good cholesterol levels, and thusly are good for your heart!
