When was the last time you saw a rainbow?

I think in my lifetime, I can only count on my fingers the number of times I actually saw a rainbow. The last time I saw a huge one, in an open space, was when I was still a kid. I can still remember that day when I was on my way home from school and I was walking on an overpass. I saw a rainbow which seems very near to me and the arc was very visible as the seven colors. From the bible studies that I've went through, rainbows are being explained as created by God to remind the people that He will not bring the same Big Flood to wipe out mankind. For me, it's the greatest reminder of God's love.

I have actually seen more rainbows than I could count on both hands, and the last time that I saw one was probably 3 or 4 months ago.

Last year (December) it was a bit rainy and I was in Boracay to attend a wedding of one of my close friends. The day was gloomy... we all thought it was going to rain (on her wedding day). About 11am (i think, cause i was already hungry then), the clouds started to part, lo and behold... A RAINBOW! It didn't rain. The wedding was beautiful. We partied. Got drunk. Had fun. Not in that order. He he he!

I cycled to work and taught my class all day long. On my way home on my bike my chain broke on my bike. I was unable to get the pedals to go round. I came to a hill and could sit on my bike and go down without needing to peddle. I saw a beautiful rainbow over the hillside. It was wonderful to see that magical looking colorful rainbow.

It has been a long time - I suppose it has been nearly 5 to 6 years back .
They are quite rare to see since they do not show after every rain. I wish they would though- they are so pretty t look at, and they last for a few minutes.

i see the rainbow in 2 last month and i did start a discussion on the rainbow too. it is so beautiful
